When the product you purchased in our web shop has a manufacturers defect within the warranty period (please check: How long is the warranty period on my product?), and troubleshooting with us doesn't solve the issue, it is possible to receive a replacement. In case you have purchased your product at one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly. They will help you with a replacement.
If your device is defect within warranty period and you want to receive a replacement send an email to info@tanita.eu with the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- LOT-number (6-digits on sticker on the back of the device)
- Clear description of the problem/ defect (preferably with pictures and/or video)
- Tell us where the device is stored (in what room)
- Send us a picture of the top and the bottom of the device
After receiving your email we will help you troubleshoot the situation first, to see if we can help you solve the issue. If the issue can't be solved, and the issue is a manufacturers defect, we will proceed with the warranty replacement.
