It is only possible to return products that are purchased in our web shop. If you want to exchange your product for a different product, it is only possible to return your product. (please see instructions: How can I return my product?)

After we received your product back in good condition, you will receive a refund (within 5 working days) and can order the other product in our web shop.


Business and Professional Customers (classified by making purchases with a business name) are not permitted to exchange goods. We request that contact is made to Customer Service (via Contact with TANITA) and we will endeavor to assist and guide you through any queries you may have.
