It is only possible to return products that are purchased in our web shop. If you want to exchange your product for a different product, it is only possible to return your product. (Please see nstructions: How can I return my product?)
After we received your product back in good condition, you will receive a refund (within 10 working days) and can order the other product in our web shop.
Business and professional customers (classified by making purchases with a company name and/or VAT number) are excluded from consumer return rights and cannot return their purchase. Please contact our customer service (via info@tanita.eu) and we will try to help and guide you with any queries.
