It is only possible to return products that are purchased in our web shop. If you have purchased the product at one of our retailers, please check with the retailer for their return conditions.

All products purchased in our web shop (,,, can be returned within 30 days after delivery. In order to receive a refund or replacement for your product the return needs to meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be clean and undamaged
  • Product must be in the original packaging

Business and Professional Customers (classified by making purchases with a business name) are not permitted to return goods. We request that contact is made to Customer Service (via Contact with TANITA) and we will endeavor to assist and guide you through any queries you may have.
