After we receive the payment for your web shop order we always send an order confirmation within 1 hour. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check the spam folder in your email box. In case it is not in your spam folder, please contact us via info@tanita.eu and let us know when and with which contact details you have placed the order. We will then inform you about the status of your order within 48 hours.
