Adults from 18 years and older are advised to use the athlete mode when:

- You exercise intensively for at least 12 hours a week for at least 6 months

- You are a bodybuilder

- You are a professional athlete

- You have participated in top sports all your life, or have exercised intensively for at least 12 hours a week (also when you have recently exercised a little less then usual)

- Your heart rate is up to 60 bpm in rest mode.
