Most common causes for issues with consumer scales are:
1. The device is not placed on a completely flat and solid surface.
Try to place your device on a different (completely flat) floor (no carpet) and see if the device works.
2. The batteries are running low
Taking batteries out and putting them back in will reset the device which might solve the issue. When batteries are running low this can result in issues with measuring. Please replace the batteries and see if that solves the issue.
If the solutions suggested above don't solve the issue, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Proof of purchase
- LOT-number (6-digits on the back of the device)
- Clear description of the issue (preferably with pictures and/or video)
